Conference Tickets

The standard in-person ticket costs €249,99+ VAT.

To thank those who trust us and commit early, we release a limited number of discounted tickets.
The earlier you buy, the more you save: prices increase as we get closer to the event date and as ticket availability decreases.

• Access to the venue (Hotel San Marco, Verona) on 19 November 2026;
• Lunch and coffee breaks on the day of the conference
• Access to the online streaming of the event
• Access to the video recordings (delivered by email a few days after the conference)

Please note: the in-person ticket does not include access to any workshops.

Also “In-person conference” ticket includes access to the video recordings and is non-refundable.
However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else by changing the attendee’s name up to one week before the event.

It depends on how you attend and whether you’re purchasing as an individual or a company.

• In-person attendance: Italian VAT (22%) is applied regardless of your country of residence.
• Online attendance, EU individuals: VAT is applied at the rate of your country of residence.
• Online attendance, EU companies:  no VAT is applied. Enter your VAT ID at checkout to qualify.
• Online attendance, non-EU attendees and companies: no VAT is applied.
